Jakarta – Jababeka held an international property agent gathering event at the President Lounge, Menara Batavia, Tuesday (07/02/2019). This event was intended explicitly for foreign property agents to introduce Jababeka as the most complete and ready-to-use industrial area.
Rudy Subrata, General Manager of Industrial Sales & Marketing Department, PT Grahabuana Cikarang in the Product Knowledge Jababeka industrial area said Jababeka is the most prepared industrial estate manager in the direction of the industrial era 4.0, Internet of Thing (IoT), and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Currently, Jababeka is not only selling vacant land and finished building products, but we are an industrial area that is related to global issues that are needed by the industrial world,” he explained.

As is known, two power plants have Jababeka, Bekasi Power, expandable up to 700 MW, and the existing Cikarang Listrikindo with a capacity of 900MW.
For IoT itself, Jababeka has a subsidiary, namely PT Infrastruktur Cakrawala Telekomunikasi (ICTel) and almost all tenants in Jababeka use fiber optic fiber, so there is no need to doubt.
So if we talk about Artificial Intelligence, it has recently launched a J-Smart application for social services in the Jababeka industrial area, Cikarang that can be used by tenants and communities, for example about illegal parking, garbage, fallen trees, road infrastructure, cleanliness, parks, and others. So that means Jababeka is becoming a smart city that can be monitored by CCTV.
“Because according to our slogan as an industrial area the leading and the biggest of an industrial estate in southeast Asia,” he concluded.
In this international property agent, it also markets that Jababeka still has a phase 8 area of 35 hectares, the best in terms of access. According to him, this is because it is adjacent to the Cikarang Dry Port port and has a direct Exit KM 29 line which directly accesses Pasir Gombong flyovers.
