According to Rudy, the stage 8 will cover 100 ha with the size of land plots starting from 8,000 m2. In addition to the land plots, KIJA also offers multi-purpose industrial buildings.
The newest product launched in 2018 is Jababeka BizPark 2 to continue the success of the Jababeka Bizpark 1 that has been sold out in 2017. “This is a multipurpose and modern building sized at 162 square meters with the prices starting from Rp1.8 billion,” he said.
Rudy added larger industrial buildings are also offered, like the Premium Standard Factory Building (SFB) with the size of 1,035 m2 on 1,426 m2 of land plot and the prices starting from Rp13 billion. The SFB is suitable for manufacturing, electronics and automotive industries.
There is also a building with 3 in 1 concept called the Three in One Building (TOB) which can function as office, warehouse, and workshop at once. The size of building is 453 m2 on a land plot starting from 540 m2. The TOB is offered at Rp4.5 billion.
“For home industry, the Supporting Industrial Building (SIB) will be suitable with the size of building at 155 m2 and the land plot at 411 m2, while the prices starting from Rp3 billion,” said Rudy.
The complete facilities in Kota Jababeka make it ideal for investors to run their businesses. After 27 years, there are more than 1,650 multinational companies operating there. The big companies such as Mattel, Unilever, Samsung, LOreal, Kao, AkzoNobel, Kawan Lama, and many others have contributed to convince the investors to invest in Indonesia.
