“I am very proud Belva studied at SMA (High School) Presiden, the first batch graduate. They (Belva and Isman) are young Indonesian leaders who will change the educational landscape in Indonesia,” Darmono added.

Responding to Darmono, Belva said, “My 3 years in SMA Presiden and lived in the dormitory had shaped me into like this. I got a full scholarship to stay, eat and uniform for free. After graduating from the school, I got a scholarship to study in Singapore, then worked at Mckinzey and Presidential Work Unit. I just got another dual degree scholarship at Harvard and Stanford and I’m the first Indonesian to get the dual degree. It all only possible thanks to your services, Mr. Darmono and others.”

Belva added, “Now we have 400 employees with offices in Jakarta, Jogja, Medan, Semarang and others. We are partnering with local governments in 32 provinces and 300 cities and regencies. We will coordinate with them how the selection for receivers of scholarship worth Rp66 billion from the President University can be held in every province.”
